npm distribution

First npm registry release: dsh-russian-ui@0.2.1.

This patch updates package metadata and Russian/English installation instructions. Runtime code and translation dictionaries are unchanged from v0.2.0.

Desktop: install dsh-russian-ui through Plugins, then select Settings → General → Language → Русский. Do not use the Web CLI to modify a Desktop profile.

Web:

dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-russian-ui

GitHub source and the attached prebuilt npm-compatible archive remain available as alternatives. Install dsh-whale-locale-ru separately for Whale Widget translation.

Tested host: DSH 0.2.1-rc.2. No runtime dependencies, network calls, credential access or preference writes. The archive attached here is identical to the one submitted to npm; SHA-256 is attached.

Русский интерфейс для DeepSeek Harness

Standalone Russian language pack, extracted from the locally tested combined plugin.

  • 2,901 translated keys across 63 native DSH namespaces.
  • Uses the supported locale.addLanguage / locale.register API.
  • No DOM rewriting, network calls, credentials, runtime dependencies or automatic language changes.
  • Tested against DSH Desktop 0.2.1-rc.2. Built-in OS menus and third-party plugins are outside its scope.
  • Includes a prebuilt client bundle; no build step is required to install.

Install

DSH Desktop: open Plugins and install github:pepperfm/dsh-russian-ui, or download the attached npm-compatible .tgz and use the local package installation supported by your version. Restart if required, then choose Settings → General → Language → Русский.

DSH Web:

dsh plugin --profile web add github:pepperfm/dsh-russian-ui

Whale Widget translations are intentionally separate: https://github.com/pepperfm/dsh-whale-locale-ru

Migration from the local combined package

Version 0.2.0 translates DSH only. Install the companion above to retain Whale translation and layout fixes. Use DSH's plugin manager to remove or replace the old combined package; do not manually edit the profile or install two Russian language providers together.

GitHub is the initial distribution channel. An npm registry release is not implied by this GitHub release.
