Command Enhancements

• Finding patterns in comments, strings or code is now possible. You can specify to only search for pattern inside strings or comments
• Sort results based on specified column
• -R for find all files in sub folders without setting depth
• Relative files is converted to absolute file names
• Command help is printed if there are errors in options passed to cleaner
