New & Improved Features
Visual Studio Integration
Cleaner now supports seamless integration with Visual Studio via the --vs option. When enabled, output is formatted for the Visual Studio Output window, making file paths clickable. This allows for quick navigation from Cleaner’s results directly to source files within your Visual Studio environment, streamlining code review and debugging workflows.
Enhanced dir Command
The dir command has been improved to support recursive directory listing (using -R) and file filtering with wildcards (e.g., --filter "*.cpp"). This makes it easy to enumerate files of interest in large codebases, either in the console or as part of automated scripts.
dir also supports scanning files for patterns using the --pattern option to filter what to list.
Scripting Support (Initial)
A foundation for scripting support has been introduced. This enables future extensibility for automating Cleaner operations and integrating with custom workflows. While scripting capabilities are in their early stages, this lays the groundwork for more advanced automation and batch processing features in upcoming releases.
