v2.6.3 - The panel opens at start with NR left off

Warning

NeuralScreen requires the latest NVIDIA driver. Operation with older drivers or unsupported/non-standard configurations is not guaranteed.

A small fix release: with NR left off, NeuralScreen no longer looks as if it started minimised.

Fixes

• With NR left off, the panel still opens at start (#166). Since 2.6.2 NR starts the way you left it. "Open the panel at start" waited for the second shown frame, and with NR off no frame comes - the panel stayed closed and the program looked as if it had started minimised. With NR off it now opens at once.
