Fixed
auto_openalso opens reviewr when an existing checkout gets a new herdr workspace. Opening
a checkout whose workspace is already live remains a no-op, so it does not resurrect a reviewr
pane the user closed there. Layout and session plugins that own reviewr placement still opt out
withauto_open = false. (#82)
