Python dependencies now use open-ended lower bounds. Both refkit and polars-refkit require agent-plugins>=0.2, allowing newer versions of the Agent Plugins runtime to share the same environment. polars-refkit requires polars>=1.29.
This release publishes refkit, polars-refkit, and refkit-js at v0.2.1. The README includes an npm version badge, and the release workflow publishes validated archives from protected tags with benchmark attachments.
