HaloGen v3.0.0
HaloGen v3.0.0
HaloGen v3.0.0 is a major release introducing dataset-specific lazy loading of precomputed calibration caches. Built-in .rds cache environments are no longer bundled inside the R package. Instead, the Shiny application reads cache_manifest.csv and downloads the selected dataset/laboratory cache only when the user clicks Load / Switch Lab.
This substantially reduces package size and allows new datasets and laboratory cache sets to be distributed through the manifest without rebuilding very large package archives.
Important: Install HaloGen using the release asset named HaloGen_3.0.0.tar.gz. Do not use GitHub's automatically generated Source code (zip) or Source code (tar.gz) downloads.

)HaloGen v2.0.2.1
There is a minor bug in v.2.0.2 which prevented the temporary lab data from loading. This version fixes this problem. Nothing else is changed in this version.
HaloGen_v2.0.2
This release has a small change to include the analysis of datasets for either direct or secondary transfer. It is still a requirement for there to be two columns: LastH for direct transfer and FirstH for secondary transfer. However, if the experiment is just direct transfer then the FirstH column must be assigned with NA values, only the LastH column is populated with quant values from the POI. Conversely, if the experiment is specific for secondary transfer, only FirstH is populated, and LastH is NA. This behaviour different with v2.0.1 which converts NA to zero, and consequently cannot be used for this type of analysis. To import data, concatenate the two files together in an excel sheet. The program will automatically detect direct and secondary transfer data by reference to NA. It is important not use NA for any other purpose - quant values below detection level must be classified as 0.

HaloGen v2.0.1
Official source distribution of HaloGen version 2.0.1.
Includes Shiny App, engine, and full R package build.
This version includes policy update to spreadsheet output (mainly cosmetic). Maths is not changed from v2.0
HaloGen v3.0.0 cache assets
External lazy-loading cache assets for HaloGen v3.0.0. These .rds files are downloaded on demand by the HaloGen Shiny app.
