• Update to custom card, possible fix to card error on some installs
• Change interlock behaviour from 'stop running program' to 'queue program'
• Correct default value issue with slow device on start delay, increase minimum value to 60 seconds
• Add message providing estimate of how long a slow starting device is.

• New action. "action": "program_no_zones_ready", new event when the program does not start as no zones ready to run eg rain etc
