• Retry-idempotent reward ledger with zero duplicate reward events
• Unknown or ambiguous host detection fails closed to the generic portable profile
• INSTALL_PASS != PRODUCT_PASS: four hosts retain prior ordinary-session evidence; every other host remains PARTIAL or NOT_RUN until real-host acceptance

Solve Lite v0.1.5 — 4.6MB CPU-only Lite Runtime

Lite Runtime — ~4.6MB · CPU-only · ~24MB idle RAM · No PyTorch · No model weights · Offline native decision runtime.
Specialist Runtime — Optional semantic capabilities using external model packs and ML dependencies.

• Default Lite runtime payload: 4,554,549 bytes required (4,615,970 bytes installed / 31 files) — no PyTorch, no model weights, no network.
• The 2.33GB specialist model assets are OPTIONAL and NOT REQUIRED FOR LITE. When absent, specialist capabilities return SPECIALIST_CAPABILITY_UNAVAILABLE instead of failing the runtime.
• Full Runtime benchmark (unchanged): 92.53% vs Jev 53.67% · 3–0 across three frozen benchmark rounds · 1,500 cases / 7,500 decisions.
• Current validated full-capability latency: 40.77 ms mean vs Jev 1,388.33 ms end-to-end (~34×). The earlier ~42.8× figure is retained as HISTORICAL_FROZEN_RESULT and is no longer the headline claim.
• Host evidence: HOST_SHAPED_COLD_INSTALL_COMPATIBILITY=PASS for Codex / Hermes / Doubao / WorkBuddy (fresh HOME, no owner assets, no torch, no model pack). NATIVE_DESKTOP_PROCESS_INTEGRATION=NOT_RUN · FULL_UI_LIFECYCLE=NOT_CLAIMED.
• Frozen math / threshold / calibration / probability logic unchanged; the LITE native build differs only by a lazy-import delta.

Compressed packs use mixed int4/int3 grouped quantization. Decision agreement vs the frozen full-precision specialist reference: Review 97.47%, Topic 99.13%, NLI 95.93%. Quantization reduces download and runtime footprint but may change some specialist decisions. Financial specialist assets are not redistributed (licence chain unresolved).
