need help installing on windows

pretty new to the whole coding thing... i am unsure how to get this john installed every time i paste the code into powershell in sends me back this error code.. i have docker installed i have ollama installed and i have git installed i am unsure how to continue with this project

Those are actually two separate commands! Windows PowerShell doesn't support the && operator in older versions.
Run them one after the other like this:
git clone https://github.com/pewdiepie-archdaemon/odysseus.git

then run

cd odysseus
