Dynamic user segmentation service implementation (#2) Main task (minimum): 1. Segment creation method. Accepts the slug (name) of the segment. 2. Segment removal method. Accepts the slug (name) of the segment. 3. Method for adding a user to a segment. It accepts a list of slug (names) of segments to be added to the user, a list of slug (names) of segments to be removed from the user, user id. 4. Method for obtaining active user segments. Takes a user id as input. Optional tasks: 1. User history method. Sometimes users come to support and ask why they have lost/appeared some new functionality. You need to be able to see exactly when the user got into a particular segment. 2. The ability to set TTL (time for automatic removal of a user from a segment). Implemented in the method for adding a user to a segment
