Atmosphère's Commit 05fde7b introduce new way the validation of the Acid signature is done.

path size has to be at least 0x301 in size or else there be dragons.

replaced the misc changes i made to minIni.c with the upstream master branch version.

fixed misspelling of atmosphere in readme, thanks archbox.

• Fix detecting if nifm ctest patch is already applied

the patch itself always worked, however it failed to detect if the patch was already applied.
this isn't a big issue, and the only one to notice was probably me ;)

• Fix options "logging" key missmatch between sysmod and overlay
