• Fedora 44 support — new template and mock configs for PG15–PG19 (contributed ahead of the distro's public release).

Removed

• Fedora 42 support dropped entirely — template and all associated mock configs (PG14–PG19) removed.
• PostgreSQL 13 configs removed for Fedora 42, Rocky 9, and Rocky 10 (EOL cleanup).

Fixed

• Rocky 10 configs (PG13–PG18): removed stray empty first line and corrected PG version references.
• Fedora templates: excluded PostgreSQL packages from base Fedora repos to avoid conflicts with PGDG packages.
• pgdg19-testing repo now enabled by default (enabled=1) in Fedora templates; GPG check enabled for Rocky templates.
