Windows x64 CLI 0.3.4 follows the authenticated latest Catalog as its registered extension roster grows. The default download-all command includes all registered PostgreSQL-major ZIPs, including pgTAP, pg_variables and pg_store_plans once their signed Catalog records are merged. --fixed preserves the historical snapshot; --verbose reports progress. Catalog-feed signatures and original ZIP SHA256 are checked. Individual extension ZIPs remain INTEGRITY_ONLY.
