These are some thoughts on how I might structure this work:

  • Work in complete "vertical" slices as much as possible so we have something of value early in process
  • Start with features that get us to the high-levels goal of marketing and registering for the event sooner
  • Enhance basic functionality with more sophisticated features
  • Prioritize content that is more static and add stuff that is more fluid later
