Double-click to launch. A short setup wizard runs on first launch — press Enter twice to accept defaults (port 8000, no auth). Your browser opens automatically.
macOS: If macOS blocks the file, right-click → Open → Open. One-time prompt.
Windows: If SmartScreen warns you, click More info → Run anyway.
