FretLab v1.0.0 Release
FretLab is a high-performance Fortran-based code for computing electronic energy transfer (EET) rates in nanoscale systems.
This release includes:
- Support for donor–acceptor energy transfer with and without environment (e.g., solvent, plasmonic substrates)
- Coupling decomposition into Coulomb, overlap, and environment-mediated terms
- Efficient parallel computation using OpenMP
- Modular build system with CMake and LAPACK/BLAS support
- Example input files available in
tests/within the repository, covering multiple use cases
