The design-system half. Twelve rules: eight correctness in recommended, four
design-system in strict, 389 tests across five suites. Still zero runtime
dependencies.

Features

• no-restyle reports a call site restyling a component its own library owns,
  on a contract engine ported from @shadcn/lint: last match wins with no
  merging, deny beats allow. A bad regex or a category that does not exist is
  reported at line 1 and the rule then enforces nothing for that file, rather
  than silently enforcing less than you asked for.
• use-theme-tokens reports a literal color where the project's theme has a
  token, exact match only. tuiparts' default theme resolves through the
  terminal palette, so there is often no hex to match against and nearest-color
  matching would be confidently wrong.
• no-magic-density reports spacing that ignores the project's density scale.
• A design-system project model that discovers recipes and the theme from the
  filesystem, inside oxlint's plugin runtime as well as ESLint's.
• An opt-in type-aware tier: checkTypes: true on text-must-be-wrapped uses
  the TypeScript program to decide cases the AST alone cannot.
• opentui-lint doctor reports what design system it found.

Bug fixes

• elementName resolved <Dialog.Content> to ?.Content. The member
  expression branch recursed with a bare identifier. Nothing had caught it
  because no rule fired on capitalized JSX until no-restyle.
