uvx tracon --demo # look around a made-up run; no Claude Code session needed
uvx tracon # watch your newest Claude Code session that has subagents

First public release. Run it in a split next to the session that's orchestrating your agents:

  • Every agent on one scope: blocked on a permission prompt nobody can see, idle, stalled
on a hung process, looping, erroring, orphaned processes, edits outside its worktree.
  • Drift check: an optional small-model judge reads each busy agent's brief and recent
actions (about $0.001 a check, with a hard per-run budget; --no-judge turns it off).
  • Merge conflicts before the merge: a files heatmap marks files that two agents are
    editing at once.
  • Nudge the lead in one key: n sends the orchestrating session a drafted note about the
    selected agent.
  • Replay: rewind any past session, in the terminal or the browser timeline.

Read-only and local: no hooks, no config, no account, no telemetry. macOS and Linux.
