Hotfix release — eliminates 7 compiler warnings that appeared when
building ps5upload-core for the Android target (aarch64-linux-android).
No user-visible behavior changes.

• Fixed: Android-target dead-code warnings — three helper functions
  (format_from_index, parse_index_line, cheat_install_path) and
  four variables (q, repo, filename, region) were only
  referenced inside #[cfg(not(target_os = "android"))] blocks, making
  them dead code on Android. All are now properly cfg-gated. The
  engine workspace, desktop crate, and Android target now all compile
  with zero warnings.
