Game covers, actually fixed this time.

• Covers now load even when the app's window refuses to fetch them.
  Cover art was the one thing the app loaded directly over the network
  instead of through its own backend — and on some systems the app window
  quietly blocks that, so every cover fell back to a controller icon while
  the backend reported success. Covers now come through the same channel as
  everything else if the direct load is refused. Verified by blocking every
  direct image load and confirming all artwork still appears.
• 5.10.0 fixed a different cover bug (the scrolling change from 5.9.2). That
  fix was real but was not this one.
