Choose which drive install packages are kept on.

• Keep packages off the internal drive. In Volumes, press Use for
  packages on a drive and uploaded install packages are kept there (in
  ps5upload/pkg_library on that drive) instead of filling internal storage.
  The choice is remembered for each console.
• Always a safe fallback. If the chosen drive isn't connected, packages go
  to internal storage, and the app tells you.
• One list for every drive. Install Package lists packages from all your
  drives and shows which drive each one is on, and External Packages no longer
  lists them a second time.
• A stalled install no longer blocks the next one. If the console stopped
  fetching a package partway, every retry used to fail with "an install is
  already in progress" until the helper restarted. Retrying now works straight
  away.
