A new screen for editing game images, and a quieter log.

• New: Edit Game Image. Open a .exfat or .img game image as a drive
  on your computer, so you can replace patch files or change details inside
  it with your normal tools, then eject it when you're done. Your operating
  system does all the writing — ps5upload never modifies the image itself.
  macOS and Linux for now; Windows needs an extra driver and says so.
• The log no longer fills up when a console is off. A console that isn't
  switched on was reported once a second, forever, burying everything else.
  It now reports once, stays quiet, and says when the console comes back.
