Fixes game detection, which 5.4.5 broke — and makes Game Activity work.

• Games are identified correctly again. 5.4.5 changed how the helper
  reads a game's ID and got it wrong, so IDs came back with the first four
  characters missing. Anything that asks "which game is this?" was affected:
  the process list, cheats, and play-time tracking. Reverted and checked
  against two consoles.
• Game Activity records play time. Verified on a real game: launches,
  seconds played, and a live "playing now" marker.
• Game Activity knows what you're playing right now. The screen asked
  the console for the current game and the console never answered, so it
  could not tell a session in progress from a finished one.
