  • Minion's Library: one card per game, and a full-screen page for each (#526). Copies,
updates, DLC and backports of the same game found on your drives and shares now sit on one
card with a sharper cover, an Installed mark and Update / DLC / Backport badges. ✕ opens a
full-screen page with the size, the firmware the game needs next to this PS5's (with a warning
when it needs a newer one), the SDK it was built with, its formats and where each part was
found, and Install / Copy to the PS5 / Add to home screen / Show in Files for every part.
    ○ goes back. Disk images are named after their file and use the installed game's icon.
  • Back up and restore a game's save on the console. Minion has a new Saves section:
pick a user and a game, then Back up now (named by date and time; keep as many as you
like), Restore or Delete. Restore asks first, refuses while the game is running
(with a Close game button), backs up the current save as "Before a restore", and puts back
the system's own file permissions. Backups stay on the PS5 under
/data/ps5upload/save-backups/. Handy before a game's point of no return.
  • ○ at Minion's Home leaves at the first press. It used to need two presses once any
section had been opened. The Controls screen now shows ○ working too, and points to
Accessibility › Custom Button Assignments for anyone who wants ✕ and ○ swapped.
  • Uploading from a phone into Minion's Files works again. A phone never got the Upload
button; it does now. On the TV, Files has Upload from a phone, with a QR code and the
steps (and a shortcut to Settings when LAN access is off).
  • Download to the PS5 from a link, unpacking .lz4 on the way. A link to a game image
compressed with the lz4 tool (such as Game.exfat.lz4) is unpacked while it downloads, so
the PS5 receives the ready-to-mount image and nothing is stored on this computer; the PS5 only
needs room for the unpacked file. The link card shows both sizes, has an Unpack on the way
checkbox (off keeps the .lz4 as it is) and puts images in the drive's homebrew folder
ShadowMount+ scans; the file only appears there once it is complete. A download that has to
start over downloads again but doesn't resend what the PS5 already has. Folder archives
(.tar.lz4) are refused with an explanation.
  • Payload Manager: add payloads from this computer or the catalogue. The Payload Manager
tab can store an .elf/.bin picked on this computer (in the web UI too) or a downloaded
catalogue payload, which it then offers to update. A payload you stored by hand whose name
matches a catalogue download gets Replace with the catalogue's release.
  • Signing in from Profile can be undone, and says what it can do to the console. The
    np-fake-signin payload copies a template account's PlayStation Network settings (a 1983 birth
date, the offline-adult flag off) onto yours, and some consoles then ask to "Temporarily
Disable PS5 Console Restrictions" before every game. The helper now keeps a copy on the PS5 of
every setting and file np-fake-signin changes before it runs, and Undo sign-in on Profile
puts them back (restart afterwards). The confirmation names the side effect. An account signed in
before this version has no copy; Profile recognises it and says where Sony's console
    restrictions are lifted.
  • Connection says where Send payload went. Sending kstuff, etaHEN or any other payload
moved to Payloads & processes → Send payload; Connection now shows a line and an Open Send
    payload
button for it, and the README/FAQ say Send helper where they meant the helper.
  • HyperHEN's built-in ShadowMount+ is recognised more reliably. Besides its process name, the
app now reads HyperHEN's own "automount ready" marker, so Mount for compressed images, Play
on disc-image titles and the setup wizard stop treating a working ShadowMount+ as missing.
  • Check source opens several files at once when converting a game folder. The step reads
the start of every file to find executables that need repair; on a big game on Windows that
took many minutes one file at a time. It now keeps several opens in flight and still shows
    progress and honours Stop.
  • Upload says when the file is a payload. Picking an .elf now explains that uploading only
copies it (ShadowMount+ picks up game folders and images, never an .elf) and offers Send
    payload, which runs it.
  • A slow upload says what holds it back, not only when it is the network. When an upload
runs far below the speed test for half a minute, Upload now names the cause the engine
measured: reading the source on this computer (USB/hard drive, NAS, archive unpacking), the
PS5's drive or its file writing (many small files), or the upload speed limit you set.
