Ravenous keyword does not apply counters or draw at X>=5

User report: Ravenous is not applying +1/+1 counters, and the card draw for X of 5 or more is not happening.

Triage: This is a keyword implementation issue, not a single-card parser-coverage issue. The attached card-data excerpt shows Ravenous present only as a keyword on Ravener, with no typed ability/replacement carrying the X counters or X>=5 draw behavior.

Fixed locally in 5b73145. Ravenous now uses the paid X value to add +1/+1 counters as the permanent enters, and it creates the draw trigger when that X value is 5 or more.
