Confirmed via card-data.json: Ketramose's Oracle text is "Whenever one or more cards are put into exile from graveyards and/or the battlefield during your turn, you draw a card and lose 1 life," but the parsed trigger has origin: null (no zone restriction at all) and phase: null / condition: null (no "during your turn" restriction) — both reported symptoms match exactly: it fires from any origin zone (including hand) and on any turn.

Root cause is a parser gap in crates/engine/src/parser/oracle_trigger.rs: the dedicated combinator for this pattern, try_parse_one_or_more_put_into_exile_from (~line 11435), delegates zone parsing to parse_your_zone_token (~line 11404), which only recognizes possessive "your library" / "your graveyard" — not Ketramose's bare plural "graveyards" or "the battlefield." Because the zone token fails to match, the whole specialized parser bails and a generic fallback trigger parser handles the line instead, silently dropping both the origin-zone filter and the trailing "during your turn" constraint clause rather than surfacing as Unimplemented. This is a misparse (not a total gap — the same building blocks work for library/graveyard-possessive phrasing) affecting any "from graveyards and/or the battlefield" style origin-zone-set card.
