Triage: Confirmed Hall of the Bandit Lord's mana ability parses, but its conditional haste-grant clause ("If that mana is spent on a creature spell, it gains haste") is scoped to SelfRef — i.e. it grants haste to Hall itself (a land) rather than to the creature spell the mana was spent on.

Root cause: the parser combinator for this pattern (parse_conditional_keyword_grant in oracle_effect/mana.rs) only handles the subtype-restricted, "until end of turn"-suffixed variant (e.g. "a Dragon creature spell… until end of turn"). Hall's unrestricted, permanent-duration phrasing matches neither requirement, so it falls through to a generic fallback that drops the "if spent on a creature spell" condition and misapplies the keyword to the ability's own source. The card shows no Unimplemented tag, so it reads as fully covered while silently targeting the wrong object. Needs a "no subtype / no duration suffix" branch plus correct resolution to the spell paid for with that mana.
