Get 'Hello World' Drupal 8 Module in the pattern-lab-connector Drupal8 module

Chris is just gonna get this setup as a starting point.

Expected Behavior

I navigate to github and can see the repo for this module and when installed locally I can see helloworld at admin/patternlabconnector (or any arbitrary url you choose for local)
