First release of gdscript_to_docs.

  • Converts GDScript ## doc comments (BBCode supported) into Doxygen-style Markdown class pages.
  • Optional --split-functions for per-function pages (signature, full source, file/line location, References linking [method], [class], [signal], [member], [constant], [enum]).
  • Options: --make-index, --single-file, --keep-structure, --style classic.
  • Compatability: Python 3.12-3.13; Windows, macOS, Linux
