  including the current Spectre ecosystem, Astro, and Vite releases.
• Raised the minimum supported Node 22 release from 22.12 to 22.13 to match
  the current runtime and validation-tool engine requirements.

Fixed

• Excluded generated template dependency, build, and framework cache
  directories from the published package.
