Source Rebuild | 源码重构

The plugin is now built from TypeScript source (esbuild) instead of a patched compiled bundle. 插件现由 TypeScript 源码构建，满足官方市场源码要求。

• All fork features migrated to source: visual editing, slide paging, master-merge save, editable TOC, link-click interception, position:fixed zoom fix. 全部 fork 功能已迁移至源码。
• Repository now includes readable src/*.ts + build config. 仓库现包含可读源码与构建配置。

Editable TOC Navigation | 目录导航可编辑

• Dynamic TOC navigation (like JMC slide decks) is now editable in edit mode — click the nav text and type. 动态生成的悬浮目录（如 JMC 幻灯片模板）现在可在编辑模式下直接点击修改文字。
• Edited TOC titles are written back to the corresponding slide's data-title on save. 保存时目录文字会写回对应 slide 的 data-title，重新打开自动生效。
• Runtime-generated UI (.toc, .dot-nav, .progress-bar, etc.) is stripped when saving full-page documents, keeping your original file clean. 整页保存时自动剥离运行时生成的 UI，不污染原文件。
