Fixes

  • vima ready no longer surfaces in_progress tickets. Previously, tickets already claimed by an agent (status in_progress) appeared in the ready list, misleading agents into trying to claim work that was already taken. Ready now strictly lists open, unblocked tickets that an agent can pick up.
