Bug Fixes

Fixed absolute path handling on all platforms (Linux, macOS, Windows)

• macOS: When canonicalize() fails, fall back to manual normalization to resolve .. components
• Windows: Strip the \\?\ extended-length path prefix from canonicalized paths, which was causing os.path.relpath() to fail with "path is on mount '\?\C:', start on mount 'C:'"

Testing

• Added comprehensive tests that exactly mirror the upathtools read_folder scenario
• Tests now verify:
  • Paths are absolute (no .. components)
  • os.path.relpath() works correctly with returned paths
• All tests pass on Linux, macOS, and Windows in CI
