files_with_info() - New function that returns dict[str, FileInfo] with full file metadata (name, size, type, created, mtime, islink, mode, uid, gid, ino, nlink)
Uses Rayon for parallel stat() calls, ~1.3-1.4x faster than sequential Python os.stat()
Matches fsspec's detail=True output format
