feishu/wecom_send_file conversation-origin gating (0901541) — the Feishu/WeCom channels are only open to sessions of that origin: previously local-channel sessions could call them too, once mistakenly pushing a release note into a WeCom group
Embedding pipeline outage P0 (7d30a5e) — the Zhipu anthropic endpoint (/api/anthropic) doesn't contain the /v4 substring and was killed by the guard → from 8/5 all memories had zero vectors and semantic recall silently degraded to substring matching; the fix rewrites the endpoint to /api/paas/v4 automatically, with a backfill script for existing data (18627/18627 fully backfilled)
Memory governance trio (7d30a5e) — rule-type memories are filtered out of semantic dedup and decay (no longer mistakenly removed); correction strikes attribute tightly to the correction phrasing itself (no more cross-turn misattribution); deleteConversation cascades cleanup of conv_facts anchors
