WinLogRotate v0.7.6 - log rotation for Windows.

The command-line engine is a NativeAOT binary with no dependencies at all, in
every download below. Only the graphical console needs the .NET runtime, and only
in the -min builds.

WinLogRotate-Setup-0.7.6-full.exe	large	No - everything is inside.
WinLogRotate-Setup-0.7.6-min.exe	small	Only for the GUI: the .NET 10 Desktop Runtime, fetched for you if missing.
WinLogRotate-Setup-0.7.6.exe	large	Asks which of the two to install.

Portable	Download	Needs anything installed?
WinLogRotate-0.7.6.zip	large	No. Unzip and run.
WinLogRotate-0.7.6-min.zip	small	Only for the GUI.

Installing per-machine registers a scheduled task that runs as SYSTEM and locks down
the configuration directory so no ordinary user can drop a job file into it. Run
winlogrotate doctor afterwards to see every path, permission and schedule in one
place.

Windows may mark a downloaded file as blocked - if an exe will not start,
right-click it (or the zip) and choose Properties -> Unblock. SHA256SUMS.txt
holds checksums for every download.
