Fast Forward's documentation design system is now available in the phpDocumentor Bootstrap template.

  • Approved fox signature, Dash reading companion, navy navigation and purple active states.
  • Light and navy reading themes with an accessible sun/moon control and saved preference.
  • Code windows with language labels, three decorative dots and an icon copy button.
  • Responsive guide outlines, nested reading anchors, search labels, focus and print improvements.
  • Real guide/API and release-archive validation on PHP 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5.

Bootstrap 5, existing Twig extension points, guide/API destinations, search and UML integrations remain compatible. Runtime images are included in the Composer archive independently of the consumer documentation folder.

Update with composer update fast-forward/phpdoc-bootstrap-template --with-dependencies, then regenerate documentation through your existing phpDocumentor or DevTools reports command. The ^2.0 constraint already accepts this minor version. Fast Forward libraries using fast-forward/dev-tools:dev-main receive the template through that shared dependency.
