Adds XmlParser and for tests XmlHelper as requested in #39 (review)
Depends on #29, #30, #31, #32, #33, #34, #35, #36, #37, #38, #39, #42 and #43.
This PRs diff will shrink as preceding PRs are merged and this branch is rebased.
