When setting up the Session, it's not possible to configure every aspect of the session through ini values.
For example, I want to disable HTTPS cookies - terrible idea, I know, but it's so I can test mobile interactions of my app on my local LAN. 192.168 addresses are not secure, but I still want to be able to have a session!
