added hotkey for console (ctrl + shift + f12)
added glyph and scan hotkeys
added check updates button to about tab in settings
added traslations to updater
fixed progress bar in updater
now the case of text in the config is ignored
now if the key is missing from the config, the element will be disabled and a corresponding tooltip will be added to it
