Horizontal scrollbars not present in Chrome ... big problem when table has lots of columns

Steps to reproduce

1. Just browse a table's data.

Expected behaviour

It would be nice to be able to horizontally scroll to see the last columns

Zooming sometimes helps

Actual behaviour

There's no horizontal scrollbar at the bottom so I have to zoom out a lot in order to view any columns/data.

What Chrome version are you using? I can't reproduce this in 61.
