Patch release — fixes to MCP setup and generated instruction files. No CLI behavior change.

Fixed

  • .aim-agents/mcp_config.json now ships a valid config registering the aim MCP server (previously invalid JSON + an unrelated example) — copy it into .mcp.json / .cursor/mcp.json to expose AIM's tools to Claude Code, Cursor, etc.
  • Generated files (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, …) count the bundled agents/skills/workflows dynamically instead of a stale "45 skills" (now 20 personas · 55 skills · 13 workflows).
