Bug fix for PIN gateway users who previously attempted push_button pairing.

When a user first tries push_button mode on a PIN-based gateway (wrong method), BlueZ creates a bond that the gateway doesn't recognise. Switching to pin mode then fails repeatedly with br-connection-canceled because the code sees the device as "already bonded" and skips PIN agent registration — even though the bond is stale.

This release adds automatic stale bond recovery: if all connection attempts fail with br-connection-canceled despite an existing BlueZ bond, the integration now removes the stale bond and does one fresh PIN pairing attempt automatically. No user intervention required.
