Fixes

• Observed-table path: Friendly names now load correctly on gateways where the primary device table_id never appears in GatewayInfo (e.g. rumlak-style gateways). Any status event carrying a new table_id now triggers a metadata request for that table.
• Metadata rejection detection: Gateways that reject GetDevicesMetadata (responseType=0x82, errorCode=0x0F) are now detected and retries are suppressed for that table.

Improvements

• Per-table metadata tracking replaces the single _metadata_requested bool — each table_id is independently tracked through requested, loaded, and rejected states.
• protocol=1 / payloadSize=0 entries in metadata responses now correctly emit a Gateway RVLink device entry (function_name=323, function_instance=15).
• Refresh Metadata button re-requests all observed table_ids.
