The projects rail lists other projects' conversations from a phone again. It said "Update Grok Build to preview" against a host that was fully up to date and had already answered — the reply was dropped on the way out because it described a project other than the one that browser tab was working in, which is exactly what the rail asks about.
Grok Build Desktop wears its own icon on Windows. The Start menu, the taskbar and Task Manager showed Electron's default: the packaging step that stamps the icon and version details onto the app had been switched off. The installer wizard carries the mark now too.
