"Top Clients (blocked only)" list shows same client multiple times

This is how my "Top Clients (blocked only)" list looks like:

Network list shows the device two times, which is correct. One MAC is the notebook itself, the other MAC is the docking station:

Actually Pi-hole is showing one entry per IP.

If you hover the mouse pointer on each client, you will see they are coming from different IPs.
When a device has several IPs, form Pi-hole point of view there will be DNS queries coming from several different IPs.

The network table tries to group different IPs as a single client, but the MAC Addresses or hostnames are not part of the DNS queries. DNS queries only show an IP as origin, so Pi-hole stores the queries per IP.
