Stuck at block 1

Hi, I'm running a node (version 0.4.7 proton) Docker updated to latest version since many months...
From time to time it stuck and even trying to restart it doesn't catch up even waiting for days...
I tried to reset the block chain but now I keep on getting the same error:
Unable to reach the network, please provide the IP/domain of a known node to connect to, as well as an alternative URL to download history from.
Known node: 124.88.36.21
Alternate: http://161.35.227.224:31403

What do I have to do? I'm running the node since more than 2 years and I'd like to keep on contribute to the project but is quite a mess....

I have same problem, I have never been able to run node pass 2h before getting Sigterm, and now I get this: Unable to reach the network, please provide the IP/domain of a known node to connect to, as well as an alternative URL to download history from.

My problem was solved by using wired connection, changing to another router. get newest Pi node.If u have newer docker installed: Turn off red slider button, close Pi app. close docker. download docker 4.20.1 install. rightclick.. run as admin . then run pi node as admin too..

how can i download 4.20.1 version, i checked up docker official site but couldn't find about that version

i'm still on wireless, but i did bind a static ip to the node computer and followed your steps for anyone wanting to used wifi

Hi Anynews about that !!
Since 2 weeks now my Node is blocked to block 1 with the famous sentence Unable to reach the network, please provide the IP/domain of a known node to connect to, as well as an alternative URL to download history from.
I'e ve got last Docker Desktop 4.73.1 and Pi Desktop 0.5.4
Any tips

Install the Linux version: it's faster and much more stable than Windows version. I had to restart it once every 3 days and was very CPU heavy.... I installed it on a Debian machine and it took few hours to cacth up the entire blockchain...
