Release wave: PickForge v0.1.9, PickScribe v0.1.2, PickGauge v0.1.2, PickLab v0.1.4

Release wave for the four shipped apps. Suite-wide highlights: opt-out Sentry crash/error reporting, shared studio chrome (frameless titlebar + bracket motif), Linux installer/AppImage hardening (libwayland strip fix), PickScribe incremental dictation.

Per-repo steps

Each repo: release PR (version bump + reset UNRELEASED.md) → Codex review → merge → tag vX.Y.Z → push tag → CI builds/publishes → polish GitHub release notes (source of truth) → publish draft (pickforge).

Validation

• Per-repo CI green on the release PR
• Release workflow completes per repo
• node scripts/check-studio-status.mjs from workspace root after publishing

• All 4 release PRs merged (Codex clean after 1 fix round: first commits were missing the tauri/cargo bumps)
• Tags pushed: pickforge v0.1.9, pickscribe v0.1.2, pickgauge v0.1.2, picklab v0.1.4
• Recovered a mis-tag: pickforge/pickgauge tags briefly pointed at stale local main; bad tags deleted, runs cancelled, re-tagged on the release commits
• Release workflows green (all 4 in progress)
• Notes published (pickforge draft review + publish)

Notes published on all four (release description = source of truth).

Incidents handled during rollout:

• pickforge Linux build hit a transient 429 downloading linuxdeploy; rerun succeeded (libwayland strip + re-sign ran).
• pickforge/pickgauge were briefly mis-tagged from stale local mains; tags deleted + re-tagged within minutes.
• The cancelled pickgauge run had leaked 0.1.1 assets into the v0.1.2 release and latest.json pointed Linux/Windows updaters at them; stale assets deleted, manifest regenerated with generate-latest-json + verify-latest-json, all URLs now 0.1.2.

Validation: node scripts/check-studio-status.mjs — all installer smokes OK, all four releases visible as latest.
