Packaging release: repository metadata + release install docs.

Changes

  • package.json: adds repository / homepage / bugs, removes private, English description, version 0.2.1.
  • READMEs: adds a GitHub Release install path (curl tarball → profile node_modules → cordis.patch.yml), keeps hot-inject / persistent / manual paths.
  • No behavior change since v0.2.0 — the plugin code, ETA model and tests are identical (17/17 passing).
